CT ANGIOGRAPHY - results, please help with interpreting them.

Hello everyone,
so in may I had my doppler done that shown i have venous leak… since that my life turn into nightmare along with getting depression, relying on meds such as mianserin and alprazolam.
Then finally a month ago i’ve done MRI + Computed Tomography Angiography with another injection of Alprostadil. This time on Angio i didn’t had any kind of erection like I had on doppler (i had 70% erection).

here are my results:

the examination was performed after administration of a contrast agent and topical alprostadil.
Ranges from aortic bifurcation to 1/3.
Two dorsal penile arteries were visualized on both sides. Very narrow left cavernous artery. The right artery did not show up.

Typical arterial inflow into the penis - through the labia arteries, without narrowing. There was no evidence of fistula or arteriovenous malformation.

———————
so assuming that i do not have venous leak but i have narrow arteries and inflow problems?
is there any kind of treatment for this? such as shockwaves, blood vessel injections, prp and etc. ?

In general i can do intercourse with penetration even every day or every other day but i don’t have spontaneity. I must be stimulated or need long foreplay in order to start growing. Also i’m limited to several positions. Best i work when i’m on bed on top of partner or sitting or being on my back(got 70-85% erection).

Also my problem beside narrow veins is that i have 100% vertical erection (doctor call it hypererection) so it’s even more challenge to fill such cock with blood.

Please can you help interpreting those results and advice some kind of treatment for my issues ?
PDE5 works like 5-10mg cialis or 50mg Viagra make me steel hard but i would like to fix root cause of it.

Unfortunately there isn't really a reliable fix yet for the root cause of these issues, only bandaids. People have reported being made worse by some of the supposed "treatments" (vascular surgery, shockwave).

hey, thanks for your respond.
so I understand there are no medical surgeries that could sort of widen these veins and arteries? I have generally avoided sports all my life, I hardly move at all, I eat the food I order every day and I have hypoglycemia. I noticed that as a few days in a row I went to the gym and ate better, even evening erections appeared. Perhaps a return to this course of action, ie start to eat well and move, it may improve the condition of arteries and veins. What do you think ?

And from this description - there is no venous leak right ? cuz they mentioned about no fistula and malformation

You should definitely first live a healthy lifestyle if you want to have the best erections. Sleep enough, eat healthy foods, maintain normal body weight, exercise regularly, don't go overboard with alcohol or drugs.

And no there aren't surgeries to widen your penis veins unfortunately.

I'm not a medical professional, but someone like you that suffers with ED.

You already know a large reason for your ED. You just said it...

I dont need to tell you good Erectile functioning is largely Cardiovascular in nature.

I apologize for the question, which cannot give you information on your topic. I would like to know if the contrast (angio) procedure is as painful as some people describe it

Thank you very much . I expect to do this procedure, because after two dopplers they gave me a diagnosis - 1. without venous leakage, and 2. with venous leakage - 15.3 EDV. Realistically with venous leakage around 15 I could not have any kind of erection. And my case is different. I can no longer trust doppler studies.

bro check my other posts xD literally the same…. doppler said 15 edv haha and with such edv no way for erection!!! and i often have rock hard dick but just in certain positions…. this whole venous leak is trash shit. I had doppler in May, since May i bad depression and started many meds… yesterday my results from angio came back and NO VENOUS LEAK found. Just narrow arteries which can be fixed by shockwave and lifestyle changes. VL is bullshit and as some guy said - its more symptom rather than condition.
