Overdosed on PT-141, scared i’ve done permanent damage

After having psychologenic ED for all my life I decided to give pt-141 a try. I made a stupid mistake with dosing which caused me to inject double of what I was intending to inject (almost 5mg) at 4pm. I did not notice any nausea or flushing so I thought it was bunk product anyway. I also took 10mg of cialis. I had a date that night and at 10pm we were getting it on but my dick wasn’t working. At 11pm though, ***damn. I went for 3 rounds and was still rock hard. At this point my fears of priapism started. I went soft for short periods of time but I was mostly hard all night. I kept myself awake because closing my eyes invariably causes an erection. I think I must have been rock hard nonstop for almost 2 hours and then I was hard all night with some brief periods of going flaccid.

I’m extremely tired now at 9:30am but still can’t go to sleep as the effects are still going. I am not erect at the exact time of writing this but I know at any time it can start again. Should I seek care? Just wait for it to wear off? Do you think I induced scarring by staying hard for hours?

If the erections are coming and going I'd say you should be ok. Fresh blood is getting in and out of your dick. A true priapism is from stale old blood being continuously locked in the penis for many hours, the penis will turn discolored/purple and will be excruciatingly painful.

So its a few days after the fact and am now just mentally realizing how amazing this stuff was. 24 hours I had insane erections. No ischemia. My penis is fine. I had sex with the girl im seeing in the LIBRARY BATHROOM the day after our crazy night. My erections were unstoppable. Understand that normally I cant even keep my erection for missionary style in a comfortable bed, now I was able to do any position.

NOBODY should EVER consider implant before trying this stuff. I paid 50 bucks for it which I guess is expensive but an erection is priceless. I would have paid a 1000.

There are some theoretical downsides (for example increased melanoma risk) but many people have used this stuff for years without any issues.

The only downside is of course the spontaneity. You have to inject 6 hours before intercourse, but hey i’ll take it.

Unlike MTI, how- ever, MTII caused a rather immediate, unexpected response: nausea and, to my great surprise, an erection (no figure pro- vided). While I lay in bed with an emesis pan close by, I had an unrelenting erection (about 8 h duration) which could not be subdued even with a cold pack. When my wife came upon the scene, she proclaimed that I “must be crazy.” In response, I raised my arm feebly into the air and answered, “I think we may become rich.”
Realizing the importance of the observation, I was deter- mined to find out what a lower dose of MTII might do. So several days later, I used half (5 mg) of the previous dose. This again elicited an immediate erection which, however, only lasted about 5 h with somewhat less nausea. Again, at a later date, I cut the dose in half (2.5 mg), and this resulted in an erection of only 2–3 h duration, with only minimal nausea. I now knew I was on the right track. So when I administered about half the previous dose (1.25 mg) there was no nausea and only a feeble wobble, a response which, however, could be rather easily coaxed to a full erectile response following a few erotic reflections. Further experimentation demonstrated that a dose of about 1.5–2.0 mg of MTII invariably induced a full erection without much conscious effort in myself and other volunteers.

The rather immediate action of MTII allows the participant to be sure that he/she is ready for an amorous encounter. No guess work; you do not have to first engage in a sexual endeavor and “hope for the best.” This may be why up to about 50% of the men taking Viagra® are unsatisfied with the drug and are seeking an alternate therapeutic remedy. Viagra® also is not effective in every individual. MTII appears to be failsafe–it appears to be 100% effective. Undoubtedly, there must be some men with so severe a problem that they will not be able to benefit from MTII use

Today I'm doing pt141 again. A lower dose this time. Date tonight. I'm quite nervous because I have heard for some people it doesn't work a second time. Fingers crossed

There is nothing like psychological ED. If you can't get hard alone with porn and fantasies, you have really physical problem. Didnt you ever take any medication like antidepressants, finasteride or accutane?

I can actually. Problem is that i need to be very aroused to be 100% erect and will lose it at the slightest distraction. When I'm thinking of very specific fantasies i get 100% erect but i try not to do this because it's unrealistic.

I get it from random websites. Not recommended of course because you don't know for sure what you're getting. But I think you can understand how desperate we can become sometimes. I think i'm gonna send some samples to a lab to get it tested.
