FDA approval of udenafil

Udenafil (brand name Zydena) is an approved ED treatment in several countries (e.g. Russia, South Korea) but not in the United States.

It seems, however, that the FDA may approve it soon for the treatment of single ventricle heart disease:

How have you found it's performance in comparison with Avanafil?

I tried them both and udenafil is much better: it lasts much longer (24 hours vs 4 hours) and there were barely any side effects.

Great question.

I tried almost all PDE-5 inhibitors and udenafil is the absolute best, it's a crime that this drug is not widely available in Europe and in the US.

Big pharmas only care about money, not our health.
