Discomfort for Partner

I have had an AMS 700 since about 2019. It works great! However, when I pump it to the max, my penis, instead of keeping its normal roundedness, begins to flatten out. Sortof like what would happen if you blow up a balloon and apply pressure to the top and the sides expand outward and the top and bottom become womewhat flattened. Imagine an oval shaft. Now this may not be a problem for most women, but my partner is older with a thinner vaginal wall and some of her own curvature issues. So due to these combined issues, there is some pain involved for her. So I am writing this to see if there are others who perhaps have similar issues and have come up with some options that have worked for them. She seems to feel that if the penis had a more round penis like it used to be, it wouldn't be painful. I have to say that when not pumped to the max, the penis maintains more of a round posture, but it is more flacid and unsatisfactory for entry. I don't know if there is any surgical answer to this or not. ANY idea is welcome. Thank you. :)

Mattox,

I don't know if I can help you or not, I have a Titan and you have had your AMS way longer than I have had my Titan.

My wife 76 and I 78 enjoy all aspects of sex with the implant inflated less than max. You didn't give your ages. The Titan also is more oval than natural, but we have had no issues with pain at all. We do use a premium silicone-based lube with all of our sexual adventures, that's pretty much a must at our age, but it works great and our sex is as good or better than it has ever been.

You certainly have to be inflated enough for penetration, but once in the less than max feels the best for both of us.

#1, AmansinCali's mention of good lubrication is spot-on. I notice a significant difference in the effort required to penetrate my girlfriend's vagina depending on whether or not she has had an orgasm beforehand. We are blessed that she can produce enough vaginal secretions to bet properly "wet" without a drugstore lube.

Women's vaginas are usually flexible enough to accomodate any cross-sectional profile. So, I suspect it is less the oval shape than the effort required to penetrate her. Do you engage in enough foreplay to make her sloppy wet? It makes a BIG difference, I will attest. Also, I am told, during arousal vaginal walls become more elastic as well as lubricated.

My first thought was this: Compromise. Pump up enough to get penetration and then deflate just enough to be comfortable for her and still effective for you. My penis has a definite oval cross-section after implant that it did not have before implant. My girlfriend has no complaint over that. But, truth be told, she never had me before my implant to compare.

My wife also noticed that my shaft was an oval shape when fully inflated and that it did cause a little discomfort. She is a tiny lady at 5 feet tall and has a small vagina and my penis touches 7 inches long and %.5 girth. So that doesn't help.

So, I decided to get the Urofill Injections to round it out and also make it softer to the feel. It has worked so far. It want last forever and is kind of expensive. Maybe give it a try.

My wife has a piss poor attitude toward sex in the first place. She asked me who I was getting my implant for? I told her it was for me. She is a nurse with a know it all attitude. She complains when we have sex (rarely) saying my penis makes her feel like she is being poked by a stick. She also complains about a burning feeling afterward even if we use lube. A divorce would be very expensive. She says if I have sex outside our marriage she will divorce me. He sexual performance has been on a continual downward spiral sence I said "I do". I have several old girlfriends who would love to have a sex buddy. Very frustrated.

Wow that is very frustrating indeed. Wish you luck in navigating that challenge. Hopefully your wife is a much better partner in other areas!
