Any vein surgery success stories?

Read very mixed results on vein embolization or ligation surgery.
Is there anyone that can give some insight into a successful vein surgery?

I've been reading this site for ten years. I recall many stories of failures and none of successes.

Dg_moore is correct. My memories are that even the ones that did get some improvements. They disappeared very quickly. To be exact, I think that the last guy reported that after healing & getting the go ahead for sex. It worked exactly ONE time. Lot of hassle & pain for one sexual encounter. I guess that if your standard is set low enough. He had a successful outcome.
Feel free to ignore me. But successfull treating ED still boils down to the basic advice. Oral pills, injections & when all else fails. A penis implant. Lots of men skip the injections.
We all wish it wasn't true but reality says it is.
I wish you the best of luck in your quest.

I just want to point out that I personally know a person who had a successful operation with an angiologist. After penile fracture surgery, he developed irregular flow and leakage at the specific penile spot . After sealing the veins in the exact spot, he has had a perfect erection for several years. The angiologist told him that this can happen only and only in similar situations, when there is no general problem with the veins, but there is a local leakage

Hey mate - did your mate have the glue put in to shut the leak? If so, is it an expected permanent fix or does he need follow up appointments to top up glue?
I have been diagnosed with 1 leak last week via cavernosogram. The radiologist performs the treatment and said medical glue now fixes the problem(maybe) looking for any insight on how i can solve it with a permanent fix and not pills to function.
I have no ideas what brought it on

Welcome to the forum.
Unfortunately (or maybe fortunately) I have no knowledge on the topic.

Hello. The surgeon has said very clearly and precisely that this procedure will ONLY be successful if everything else in the penis is OK. I.e. this is a traumatic leak that has formed during the correction of the fracture. He has no plaque, no other problems with the penis and does not suffer from any other diseases. The surgeon specifically said that this procedure does not work if the overall health of the penis is not good.As another person from the forum mentioned - venous leakage is not a diagnosis, but a consequence of another problem. For many of these problems, this procedure does not work. This is why there are so few success reports.

Is it possible to tell if you will be a good candidate for a successful surgery based on a cavernosogram?
What about a life long venous leak rather than a penis fracture leak

Im not sute but the IR dr offered the procedure (not surgery) of glue post cavernosogram. So in some respects, yes im thinking theres factors involved
