I had an erection that lasted for hours last week after injecting. I ve injected for weeks. Based on what I read though I didnt think it was a 100 % erection and didnt go to the emergency room. I took a lot of sudafed but only afterwards did I learn I wasnt using the correct pure type of sudafed. So it hadnt had any effect reducing it. It finally went down. After injecting an hour ago I dont have any reaction to the medication and I m concerned if I could have killed my penis off.
The questions I have if anyone knows is, if it went down by itself eventually, would that rule out priapism, or at least make it unlikely that it caused so much lasting damage that it simply wont function? Are there any signs to check for to see if theres such damage or if theres function? There wasnt any bruising or discomfort after it subsided. I cant recall much of a natural erection since, but there wasnt really any before. But it responded to the injections before this.

Wait a couple of days and try again.

Use 4 tablets of 30mg regula Sudafed NOT the long release stuff
Re: ? about pripiasm
I have that sudafed now, it was obviously a failed attempt, it had me really stressed. I had nt read of the medication simply not working before. I d read about it not being as effective, but not just not working. Apologies for the false alarm, I was looking for something to ease my mind about it. I appreciate it.
Re: ? about pripiasm
I inject with Edex and have had some seriously hard erections that last over 4 hours. Most of the time 2-4 30mg of Sudafed are able to soften my erection about 30 minutes after I take them. But, I can't say the results are always consistent. Sometimes two work reasonably well and other times even four don't always get my erection to soften very soon. I am wondering if I should consider taking 5-6 pills given my fear of having a boner that lasts too long and that could cause some sort of damage to my Willy. Have you or anyone else for that matter taken more than 4 30mg of Sudafed?

Yep, I've taken 180 mg with no ill effects. It takes that much to have the desidred effect on me.

Greg, do you get any undesireable side effects after taking 6 of those 30mg Sudafeds? With that much I would wonder if it wouldn't cause insomnia at the very least.

Re: ? about pripiasm
No insomnia; if anything, it affects me the other way. But because Sudafed is an antihistamine, virtually any dose dries out my nasal passages the next day even more than Vegas weather and sometimes gives me a "shy bladder" aka "can't pee syndrome". The latter is particularly troublesome. I rarely use Sudafed because it is contraindicated for anyone with BPH or diabetes, both of which I "enjoy". Plus I just don't like the idea of using one chemical to counteract the effects of another chemical.
That's why I strongly recommend LOTS of CAREFUL practice with the trimix (Oh, darn!) to find the right dosage parameters. Find the dose that gives you the erection you want for the length of time you want yet one which dissipates within a reasonable amount of time after the desired amount of use. To hasten deflation, I've used all the tried and true methods: pacing, ice packs, warm wraps, dull books, etc.
We all need to remember that availing oneself of pharmaceutical and mechanical assistance to achieve and maintain erections does not wipe out the hard-wired male framework within which natural erections thrive and prosper. Sensory stimulation, the proper mental state, and a willing partner are just as important for the sexual experience when it is supported by viagra, trimix or an implant as it was when none of those were necessary. Likewise, nothing prompts deflation quite like an orgasm/ejaculation. (The one exception might be a cranky 4 year old coming in the bedroom and asking for Mommy...but I digress.) And I think most of us would agree that the recovery time between subsequent ejacs gets longer after each one. It only makes sense that multiple ejacs would convince the little bugger that it's time to settle down for the night. Sooooo, if your erection just won't go away, use it again and again until it does.
Hard times to all,
Greg

I used 6 sudafeds last time, 2 didnt do it, so I took 2 more, then 2 more. I m trying to be more careful. I took the first 2 earlier on to, since I know the medication seems to last when its effective. I didnt notice any adverse effects from it. Not insomnia from it, but then I already have insomnia naturally. I agree to, that use and more use eventually reduces it.

Hi, I think your find if you read up about pripiasm, if you have one over 4 hours its very dangerous and can lead to problems, next Time get to the ER, they release the blood for you, its the best way to go.
