Hello I had CT done after doppler to confirm leak. Injection(10mcg alprostadil) was painful this time and didnt give erection at all my flaccid penis just became more fat. CT didnt found leak but im wondering if this is reliable examination if there was no erection at all.
Normally of course i struggle with erections but i can get one sometimes 100% or 90% without any pills or anything(my issue is mainly keeping them for longer time which is more than couple minutes at good rigidity) but i didnt response to injection at all.

My doc told me if there would be leaky vein it would be presented even on flaccid as leaky vein is not only when erected but all the time and that CT is very precise and accurate examination but im not sure about it and a bit curious. He know that im very anxious and i had feeling like he wanted to calm me down.

Im diagnosed also with weak pelvic floor muscles and its said that weak muscles in this region doesnt prevent outflow from happening.

No, although the doctor injected you, if there isn’t a erection, the doctor can’t see how is the behaviour of your inflow and outflow of your penis. But if you dont get a erection with 20 of caverject, maybe you have a problem.

To know how are your erection in and outflow, you have to have a erection.

I was injected 10mcg not 20 bro. So why he would say me not truth ? ive seen many posts from people who had injection done no erection and no leak found. I was given contrast even so they should see leak i think ever if there is no erection. Wouldnt it be visible on contrast ?

The thing is i can have full boner from kissing girl but i cannot have any after alprostadil ? Where is the sense of this my friend ?

I also have nice response to 50mg of Viagra and can have sex with it perfectly and sometimes without.

However, you also say you can have "full boner" from kissing. And you can get "nice response" from 50 mg of viagra.

How often do you masturbate? Do you know what your refractory period is?
Also sounds like maybe psycholical ED?

Yes I mean I can achieve erection that is perfectly fine from arousal sometimes such as kissing or giving my partner oral. On the other side after day or two where I can perform in quite good way I can become disabled totally for 3-5 days where even best blowjob disable me completely where i cant grow an inch. Refractory period - my mind want more but body is super exhausted and says no. Here also on the other side i have days where i can go 3-4 times a day on ocassion. Last time i had sex with super weak boner and PE then 10 minutes later i grow from kissing my partner and hd much better boner and sex.

Psychological for sure in some aspects because of the examinations i had and results that it give, then another much more accurate examination give different results but also I receive information that doc potentially lied to me cuz many say u must have boner to find on leak.

But there is definitely also some physical abbormality coz no matter how im aroused or i gathered boner sitting/laying if i stand up i lose it almost instantly. Penetration help with maintaining but its still wobbly and weak. This is supposed to be because of my weak pelvic floor. Im going to make MRI soon.
