Anyone using Tri Gel. Used first time the other night at recommended 2.5. It certainly worked however, the pain which lasted over two hours was kind of brutal. Used to inject where I had the same issue. I'm thinking of going down to 1 and possibly .50. Any suggestions? Have Coloplast Titan as well.

What did you begin with? Going to try .50 tonight.

Alex258,
Started with 1.0 mL (cc), way too much.

Tried to load .5 last night and ended up putting in .6. Still worked almost as well as 2,5. Pain still but not as bad as at 2.5. I'm going to try to do .4. Not sure if I will be able to insert that low. The plunger has a mind of its own in going to low.

I managed to put .4 Tri Gel and it worked well. Minimal pain which lasted after sex was over for maybe 5 minutes so will be staying at .4. Wish I knew more about the dosage cause i was started with 2.5 and since this lasts only two months I'll be tossing most of what I have then will reorder with the appropriate amount.

Are we possibly mixing apples and oranges here? I have shopped around quite extensively for Trimix Gel and the prices are all over the place. The equalizer seems to be the amount of PGE-1 -- it varies from none to 2500 mcg. And since, as I believe is the case, PGE-1 is number one compared to the other ingredients for erection production, I am finding a pretty direct correlation between the amount of it vs price; i.e. the higher the strength of PGE-1 the more expensive per ml. So injecting 0.5 ml of one strength may not be enough, but for a higher strength it may be too much.
Would appreciate comments about this conclusion I am drawing -- and any tips for good prices on the Gel, please let us know.
thank you

Firstly, I pull back the plunger after inserting the gel in the snub nose syringe they give you with the gel order. Then I shoot it in fast and deep. Then hold my dick straight up as I squeeze my glans for about 5 mins till it seems it's absorbed and won't leak out. The results I have experienced are truly amazing in terms of glans engorgement.
BUT this stuff is very expensive. I am currently experimenting with Misoprostol which consists of PGE and costs next to nothing. In a scientific study it outperformed Trimix gel. But there is some trick to administering it and getting the dosage optimized. On my first attempt, even though I fumbled a bit, I was very impressed. I will experiment with administration and dosage some more and report back. There is another member of the Forum who has reported using Miso with major success in total erection -- i.e. he does not have an implant -- for several years!
