ED due to jelqing (?)

I recently got diagnosed with venous leakage by Doppler sonography after my ED had gotten worse over time. There are several reports also on this site here reporting ED after jelqing, which I started approximately 5 years ago; did it on and off. I started mainly because of erections gradually getting weaker, and although my penis is rather large, I'd have had nothing against gaining one or at least a half further inch.

So, overall, I can't tell if jelqing is the culprit with regards to my venous leakage. I'm already over 40 and I've had low testosterone until I finally got diagnosed at age 35. All these factors together might have contributed as well, but it feels like I did further harm with jelqing.

This drove me into a depressive episode. I never researched deeply enough as to whether jelqing can do any serious permanent harm, I think I just didn't want to know. What a fool I was.

So, what to do now.. I'm wondering whether the P-shot would be worth a try. I do use Cialis and Viagra, and erections are sometimes still strong enough for penetration.

Do you have any similar experience and what did you do?
I think all these PE forums promoting jelqing are a true problem because people are not really aware of the potential negative effects.

I tried the P-shots, did a total of three. Don't waste your money.

Also damaged mine from jelqing... I used the pills until they were no longer satisfactory then got the implant.

Think you should first do injection therapy. This may help build up the inner smooth muscle to help trap the blood better.
You should def be looking into that before considering an implant.

Thank you for the feedback! Are you content with the implant? And how long did it take until Cialis and Viagra stopped working in our case?

For how long did you jelq and how often per week?

Thank you! I'd definitely like to give the P-shot a try, I heard you might need at least 3 of them until getting results. I already did shockwave therapy 1 year ago, without any positive results.

Currently, I'm on Cialis 5 mg daily and still use a pump at least once a day to get more blood into the penis for better nutrient supply. I do have morning erections, but they are certainly not as hard as they used to be.

This diagnosis and its prognosis really hit me hard, and the thought of an implant is just bad. I don't khow yet how to cope with it, also because I'm not sure if I really caused the ED myself through jelqing or whether it's just a consequence of my low testosterone over years (which can lead to fibrosis) and part of my natural aging process.

I wish I'd have had more sex in my young years, I was always so shy and insecure with a difficult life situation overall, but I had a big fully functional dick that I didn't use often enough. What a shame. And I can't believe my sex life is over now in my mid 40ies.

The implant is great yes. Very happy with it. I used the pills for about 10 years but really should've gotten the implant after about 5 years. My erections were pretty pitiful for those last 5. I did a lot of PE exercises, jelqing and stretching. At least 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week. I did actually add 0.7" to my penis length this way, but obviously at the terrible cost of getting ED.

Thanks for your openness! Still hard to believe what we did with this jelqing. I can't get used to the idea of a penis implant, replacing my cavernous tissue. It's nothing but scary. I just can't believe all this.
