Alprostadil vs Bimix vs Trimix

Could someone please explain some of the basic differences and/or pros and cons of these mixtures. And when or how someone would decide to move to the next compound.
I am currently using alprostadil, and seems to work. I am still figuring out what dose makes for the best erection. I am up to .60 on a 1cc insulin syringe. I feel that the current amount gets me about 85% there. I will be taking .75 next time in a few days.
I don't really have any pains to speak of from the alprostadil.
Looking any advice and ideas.

This is a link to a PDF document that's not perfect but has the most info on your question in one place I've found. I don't really know anything good or bad about the pharmacy that produced it:

If you're using alprostadil, it works, and you aren't suffering from alprostadil pain or ache, then I'd ride that horse as far as you can. So you're going to try .75ml. But .75ml of what? What is the mix. I'm also on straight alprostadil. I'm using .14ml to .16ml (14 to 16 U-100 insulin units). My mix is 80mcg of alprostadil per ml. If you're using .75ml of your mix then you need a stronger mix. So what is your mix?

@Bldoink
Thank you for the reply. I appreciate it. So it looks like my current mixture is 25mcg per ML.

Yeah, you're going to need a stronger mix. But you can use what you have to determine how much stronger you need. I now use a smaller dose than what I originally titrated up to. I don't know how common that is.
I'm terrible at math but I believe at 75 units (0.75ml) of your current mix your using about 19mcg (18.75) of alprostadil. If you had a mix of 100mcg/ml you would be using about 20 units (0.2ml). A dose of 20 units is a pretty nice volume to work with. That would allow you to use a smaller capacity syringe and most likely give you a considerable monetary savings. The savings is because most of the cost of the mix is in the preparation and not in the cost of the ingredients. The 100mcg/ml mix should cost perhaps a little more than the 25mcg/ml mix but not much more and you'll get many more doses per order. If the pharmacy has a different price structure you need to find a different pharmacy.
Keep in mind one of the proprietary brands of alprostadil injections come in 10, 20 or 40mcg alprostadil per ml in single use cartridges where you may use the whole ml per dose. You're directed to discard the rest if any is remaining. The point being that injecting a whole ml is not necessarily unusual.
I started on Edex but my insurance doesn't cover it and it's too expensive without coverage. I actually like the mix from the compounding pharmacy better. One reason being I like using the small insulin syringes better than the Edex cartridges. The big advantage of the Edex cartridges is their shelf life, which is fantastic. However the pharmacy compounded mix will last a long time if kept frozen. I'm using some well over a year old right now that's been kept frozen. It still works fine.
You may want to consider trying some novelty/sex shop cock rings if you aren't already. In my experience they can allow you to use a little less mix. Expect to try several until you find ones that work for you. You'll likely have some rejects.
I have a PM I can send that contains a very amateur injection video, a cock ring video and some assorted ruminations. I can send you the PM if you're interested. It's not remotely porn but is a little unavoidably graphic. Let me know if you want it.

yes, for sure, any help is appreciated. I could give a shit about graphic these days, lol. This new thing has all but removed any embarrassments and shyness. hahaha.
I too use a compounding pharmacy and the price seems to be ok, I am not sure what to expect though at the moment. My insurance doesn't cover SHIT.
I am going to request the higher concentration as you. I would like to inject less in there.

Yeah ED issues and prostate issues will pretty much remove any semblance of humility after a few rounds with medical personnel.

My insurance doesn't cover compounded meds either but with the cost per shot from the compounder I don't care.

Good idea.
PM sent.
