Wondering-Mon Pubis liposuction or cool sculpture

I'm wondering if anyone here has had liposuction of the fat pad, if you would like to respond. I'm not thinking of appearance or any inches length. I wondering about effective length in bed. I'm using national known weight loss program but don't expect much help there.
Also, cost. I suppose it's classed as 'cosmetic' so insurance probably won't help.
Or any other pertinent information.
