Hello,
I had some érectile troubles at the end of December but nothing really annoying.. i don’t know why but i decided to do an EMG (electromyography). It went really bad, the doctor placed needle at thé level of the perineum (i’m sure that she touched one cavernous artery) et huge intensity of electricity on my penis.
Since then, it’s really hard to have an erection. And my glans is engorged and super numb.
Every urologist i saw didn’t understand, saying it’s nothing..
i can’t live with that. I was well and this shit killed my sexuality. What to do ???

Take action when depressed. Large urology groups will have a mens' sexual health urologist. Go to the largest urology practice. If you do not get help there, go to a neurologist.

Hey, I noticed you are from Paris. Where did you made electromyography and rest of the exams? At profesor Eric Allaire maybe ? I plan to visit him in June to make ct cavernosogram.

Teddy: I did a little research and found that in USA there are a few neuro-urologists, urologists with some training in neurology. I'm sure there are some in the Paris region.

Bon chance et écris de nouveau S.V.P.

I'm very stupid to have done that..... I don't understand why i did an electromyography, it's sooo stupid.. I'm 28 years old and my life destroyed.
I was in love, and lost everything.

Not your fault man. If there was real damage done, it was an error by the doctor. You couldn't have known. Hang in there and give it some time to heal. Communicate the issue candidly to your partner and I'm sure they will be supportive.

The Edex can be a bit of a challenge to inject correctly due to their proprietary cartridges. Would you care to elaborate how and how many times you tried it at which strength?

I’m afraid you have entered “patience is a virtue” territory. It doesn’t last forever. It is frustrating anyway.

The urologists say it’s nothing. You know otherwise. This is where all ED was until the mid 1980s. I knew an erection should go longer that a minute or two. I knew I should be able to maintain an erection until ejaculation without superhuman levels of stimulation. But doctors said it was nerves, performance anxiety, stress, I should have a drink before sex etc.

I finally took my wife to an urology appointment and told her to tell the doctor what my dick was doing. Her description “it gets longer, less girth, and softer during intercourse” was all he needed to hear to book imaging where they found an EPA-hazard style venous leak.

What’s an EPA hazard leak? When you can’t pump fluid in faster then it’s leaking out.

So, keep looking for the right doctor. He or she is out there. They’ll listen, diagnose, and prescribe the treatment you need.

And at your age based on this being the result of an injury rather than something congenital…do not underestimate your body’s ability to repair itself given time.
