I am 24 years old, I have checked Doppler and Cavernosography, good arteries but veins have problem, I suffer from venous leak, the penis can be rubbed with hands to get a good hardness, but as soon as I stop rubbing, it will soften immediately, every time.

I tried Cialis 10~15mg but it only made me very hard but also as soon as I stop rubbing I get soft. These problems often make me suicidally depressed and take away my motivation to live. Many nights I will look up articles on how to suicide.

Now that I feel like I have to fix this, I am determined to have surgery. Now there are two options for me Penile venous stripping- Dr Geng Long Hsu or implant. I don't know how to choose between two surgeries. I just knew that surgery is the only way to cure this problem or I really wanted to suicide.

Almost all doctors think I'm too young for implants, but Penile venous stripping seems to be an experimental procedure and I've seen some success and some failure. I don't know what to choose, but I'm really in pain and want to suicide.

If it helps you just know that if you commit suicide there is nothing guaranteeing that your next life will not be a lot worse than this one, you could be reborn in eons as some stupid animal like a deer or a whale or an ameba or some other weird being which doesn't exist yet but will in multiple eons and in another part of the universe.

First off, know that you're not alone. There are people in your life who care about you. Turn to them for support.
There are others here who have had similar problems, and will give you good advice.
Talk to your surgeon, and select the best path for YOU.

I would not mess with the Hsu surgery. Penile implant is a great option. It is a solvable problem!

Perhaps because of your age start off with a good malleable like a rigico and once your used to get and get your confidence back and your life in order have it replaced with a good inflatable ..

Don't research suicide, research EDEX and other penile injections.

sorry but your head is not well, you have only tried 10/15 mg of cialis, cialis is among the weakest pde5, it works for many hours (for whom it works) but it is weaker than vardenafil or sildenafil, try 20 mg of vardenafil or 100 mg of sildenafil, if you are healthy you can easily get to 30 mg of vardenafil or 150 mg of sildenafil, the plant is the very last option, do not believe that the plant is rosy

I've had ED all my life. Venous leak. I will not go for implant because in my country it is too small business. And I don't want to go abroad for it. I've lived decades with a woman who don't care about sex.

You should try 10-15 mg of Cialis in the morning and then before sex 100 tp 150 mg of Viagra, 10 mg of Cialis is not really that strong.

dude, read the story that happened to me. and I'm still alive. very hard, but I live. I drink pills in lethal doses and decide on an implant. I also thought about suicide after 3 surgeries on my penis, which were not needed and which crippled me completely and ruined my life. but life is one and we must live, no matter what. all who are here are strong people! Veins do not touch in any case. it will make it worse
