Worried that sexual desire won’t come back with an implant

I’ve wondered if viewing porn and intense weird disgusting shock things online from a super young age permanently fried my mind. I’ve done “no fap” and no porn for long periods of time and I still don’t have any sort of rush, even when I get somewhat of an erection (that goes away in literally 2 minutes). I can’t feel blood flow or anything. I’ve been in this awful condition for so long, I’m worried I have a permanent mental disorder or some issue with dopamine in my head. I know I’m attracted to girls still and I have a girlfriend I’m attracted to. I just don’t have the normal sexual response. I genuinely believe I’ll need an implant (have already needed one) but I’m worried now that the physical sensation even with it will be lacking. Anyone experienced something like this?
Thanks

I think you mean the LIBIDO, with the implant it will not have variations, if you have little there are therapies for the libido

I had huge hopes for implant but recently i was informed here from others that implant will kill your glans engorgement meaning u will have hard base with floppy glans. Im lost now and lost all hope. You can have implant plus wear a cock ring but for me its too much lol. Being bionic + adding cockring jesus christ all that shit combined just to have „normal” penis…

No clue, man. I’ve seen some very positive reports of the implant but I’m taking them in context. A 55 year old man with an implant who has had years of normal sex and normal sexual desire is different from someone who is 25 and always struggled with this torture

I'm 79 yrs. young and have had my implant for 5 years now and love it. I have always had strong sexual desires but being a turtle dick all my life, took some of the desire away. Now with my implant and a 4.5" flaccid dick, I want to play with it and have sex almost all the time. There is just something about being able to have an erection anytime for as long as you want, very sexy and a turn on. PM me if you would like to chat about it.

How is your glans engorgement brother ? Do you also need to use enhancement tools such as pde5 pills or those fucking rings in order to have stuffy glans ?

Gotcha bro, im 27 and the same. I even had 2 operations on penis in past. I guess we have to just agree with our situation and do implant sooner or later and enjoy hard base with small floppy glans ;/

I'm 7 months in Coloplast Titan. I've had my share of issues such as using low dose Cialis for floppy head. It worked but I gave up using it due to some discomfort and it made it more difficult to orgasm. I am not only having the time of my life however it doesn't mean that the wife wants it as often as myself. My sex urge before Prostrate removal and 3 years ED I was highly sexual. And even though I am on Orgovyx for the cancer that they didn't get, I'm not supposed to have a sex drive. As of today my drive is there 24-7. The floppy head is not an issue anymore and I'm happy however, I will be seeing Perito to see if he can bring the glans back to how it used to be. I know there are pro's and con's in doing the procedure so will see soon.. Otherwise...no loss in drive. Increased drive. And regarding sensation, it took some time. Some length growth has happened and girth growth continues. I cycle and Ive just starting using the pimp and I'm seeing this as helpful.

Not true that the implant operation kills glans engorgement. Generally speaking, whatever spongiosum (glans and the shaft outside the tunica) engorgement you had before the operation, you will have the same after. Unless some medical error occurred during the surgery.[quote]
I suggest you reread the posts that indicated loss of engorgement more carefully. I am sure you either misunderstood or the posts were badly written.
