ED trajectory ages 30-60 (in your experience)

Some middle-aged members here report having had ED or venous leak since their youth. I’m curious about the long-term development in this case: Did erectile difficulty at 30 mean total failure at 60? Or is it more like 80% success rate at age 30 might mean 50% success rate at 60? I know this cannot be quantified so precisely, but curious to hear your experiences.

Edited to ask about personal experience rather than theory

I would think the answer to that would involve many factors. Lifestyle bing one of the biggest ones .. such as illegal drugs .. weight gain ... regular medications ...BP med's .. diabetes ...etc .. what u and your dick might tolerate at 30 by age 50 20 years later might be a whole nother story ... and don't forget while those 20 years are going by you are continuing to have a sex life so you are putting even more wear and tear on your penis. . It only has so many good inflation cycles just like anything else in life there is a limit and everyone's limits are different ..

I agree with easymoney. There are so many things that can cause early onset of ED in a male.
My libido was always 110% and never took much to get it up. Then around my mid-50's occasionally I would go soft in the middle or couldn't get started. My health was good, no heart, sugar or other major medical issues. I was a smoker, and my cholesterol was high, which probably (maybe?) contributed to the ED.

I don't know what is your point as every case is different. I have had venous leak all my life. My success rate was 0% before Viagra. With Viagra it was about 80% for 10 years. Then it dropped to 0% very fast. With injection the success rate is about 70% and getting worse.

Your success rate was 0% when you were young too?

No decline, that’s interesting. Thanks for sharing!

I also lost the ability to rock hard erections on one certain day. That happened when I was born with venous leak.
