Venous leak at 30

For as long as 23 years old, ive had erection issues.

These used to be very intermittent. Some days i could get away with using 5mg cialis. Yet now, hitting 30, 5mg isnt working. I cant get hard on my own or with porn.

My T levels are great, ive done diabetes checks, ive seen doctor after doctor and nothing can be found.

The only explanation now is venous leak.

How do you guys with venous leak cope? What do you do?!

Does viagra work for you?

Urologists arent helping me so im at a loss!

If anyonr knows a good UK based urologist please let me know.

Similar story here, I ended up getting the implant at age 31.

However it doesn't sound like you're quite there yet. Cialis 5mg is pretty weak, I would definitely try Viagra. It is much stronger.

How do you know you have venous leak? Have you had a doppler test? Any good urologist should perform that test with the complaint you have. Look for a urologist who specializes in male sexual disorders. Don't stop bugging them until you get results. One thing is don't consider an implant quite yet. Try Viagra, a stronger dose of Cialis, or possibly injections. If those fail then it might be time to move forward.

I've had venous leak all my life. There was no cure when I was young. Nothing. For over 2 decades I did not have sex. Then came Viagra that worked over 10 years. After that I have used injections with pills. Now it seems that this combo is not working every time.

You are lucky to live this time when there are several medical options for you.

Hey man, did you lose any size with the implant and how much did it cost you out of interest?

I just have all the symptoms for it. No morning erections or very weak erections. Can get hard on my own or with a girl.
I used to have position dependant erections when i had them. And even pills are starting to not work.
No urologist takes me serious over this at all. Its the most frustrating things

Without a formal test no doc will confirm venous leak. You are going to have to push them for an answer. Don't quit until you find a doctor who listens and will run some tests. It stinks that docs think just because you're young it can't happen.

It genuinely is frustrating. Because cialis has worked in the past its not been a major issue. But i wanted to get tested before and they wouldnt because i got hard on 5mg of cialis.

Now i cant even do that. Its the most irritating thing in the world. I just want to be a normal guy.

Didn't lose any length, gained a bit in girth. I went with who I considered to be the best (Dr Eid) though he is also one of the most expensive, I think it cost me about $33k
