Im concerned as i have all the symptoms of venous leak.
Im on day 3 now of 5mg cialis and still struggle to get hard. Managed to get a 90% erection to touch earlier this morning but still wasnt completely rock hard and went down quite quickly.
Im only 30, and have struggled with ED now for several years.
Not sure what more i can do...
Dont want to try trimix yet and i dont have thr money for an implant. This is a major struggkr for me.

It depends how bad your VL is. For some guys it works, but mostly for younger dudes, in their 20s, ped5 can also work for guys in their 30s, but mosly isnt that effective. In my case(33y.o.) I can get a good erection with tadalafil 5mg daily, and even better erection with 10mg, but I would lose it quickly after standing up. I don't have a gf at the moment. But if I had one, I would definitely try Caverject and trimix.
I would recommend you to focuse on the nocturnal erections in the first place. Do VED daily if it is necessary. Maintain your size. If you have a partner, you can try 5mg. Cialis and 50mg sildenafil for sex. If it doesn't work, 5mg tad + 100mg Silden. Some guys even go for 10/20 mg tada+100mg Silden. If it doesn't work, next step is injections.
Remember, no one can give you the best solutions here. Tips and recommendations, yeah, but every one is different. What works for one guy, doesn't mean it would work for another, and vice versa. So, don't get discouraged. Just Gor for it!

Dude, I just checked your profile and you seem to be active here since 2022. And it seems that you tried Cialis before, you are familiar with most of the stuff guys share here.
It is very strange that you are asking questions you already know the answers for.

Hi mate,
Yeah, i was using 5mg cialis in a relationship and sometimes i didnt need it.
My ex broke up with me 4 months ago and my ED issues have worsened. I cant get hard on my own.
Trialling 5mg cialis daily to try and get erections but theyre not coming. Dont know what more to do.
Uros are useless in the UK and are not helping me.
Was wondering if anyone had any experience in this area is all.

Sildenafil is a lot stronger than Cialis/tadalafil. I would definitely get some of that and try it, maybe 100mg
