delayed effect of talalafil
delayed effect of talalafil
I been using 20mg of talalafil for years with excellent results. lately I'm getting a delayed reaction from 4 hrs to 12 hrs. any idea whats going on? you can take with or without food, it seems to work the same as before. whether the prescription is expired or current does work the same.

You may be experiencing the beginning stages of significant ED.... I used Cialis for years effectively but then it started taking longer and longer for it to kick in....and then it became less and less effective and then it stopped working all together

I agree with jsjwjw. If you’re experiencing diminishing results with Cialis (or any of the PDE5s) it’s most likely because the underlying condition causing your ED is worsening with age.
Also, back when Cialis still worked for me, the effects arrived sooner and stronger if I took it on an empty stomach and refrained from eating or drinking for at least 1/2 hour afterwards.

Easy to answer. Basically every man taking it has his ED get bad enough that it slowly quits working. So yes, your experience is normal & to be expected.
The next treatment for you if you wish for erections to continue is penile injections. They will eventually fail. You might even end up with peyronies disease as a result.
Haven't you read about this before now? Sometime in the future you'll have to make the choice of celibacy or a penile implant.
Sorry to give you this news. But this is how it works.

Re: delayed effect of talalafil
newt: Cialis failed for me around age 72. My urologist put me on 100mg sildenafil plus Trimix. Not all urologists will prescribe a combination like this, however, but this has worked well for six years now. (But you have to be vey careful combining these drugs so you don't get priapism. Start with a very low dose of Trimix once an hour has passed and the the sildenafil has been absorbed.)
