Combination therapies for ED

I've been a fan of combination therapies for many years.

I didn't even need any studies, it's just common sense: if ED is a multifactorial condition, combining different treatments is the logical thing to do.

Needless to say, this may also increase side effects and seeing your doctor is essential.

Here's an interesting study:

'Published combination therapies include PDE5I plus vacuum erectile device (VED), intraurethral medication, intracavernosal injection (ICI), androgen supplement, α-blocker or miscellaneous combinations.'

And it concludes: 'The efficacy of combination therapy appears encouraging at this time and likely represents the foundation for difficult-to-treat ED now and in the near future.'

There are several products out there that combine different PDE-5 inhibitors (e.g. Viagra + Cialis). Has anyone tried this?
