From 15mg daily to 20mg daily of tadalafil

I've been doing 15mg of tadalafil daily and I need to bump it up to 20mg daily now.
Apparently the daily dose of tadalafil for Pulmonary Hypertension is 40mg, which makes me feel a bit more secure about taking 20mg daily.
Is anyone else taking daily tadalafil doses like these?

No, I never taken that much daily. I hope you are doing it with the doctor. From what I seen is 5mg to 10 mg is the daily amount. Doctor has me on 5 mgs, I don't have the side affects like I do with the higher amounts.

Your approximate levels will go from 15mg x 1.6 = 24mg to 20mg x 1.5 = 30mg. A 25% increase.
A person taking 40mg daily will have 40 x 1.6 = 64mg
!

My current dose is 2.5mg. This is not enough for good erection but has brought back the nocturnal and often morning rections that have not been happening.
I have back pain. Not sure if it is from meds or the back pain I have had for years.

My daily dose is 5 mg, and I add 15 mg (or 100 mg Viagra) when I know I have to perform. When I take 10 daily, nocturnal erections become too strong.

Well...yes, why not? When the nocturnal erections stay too long (2-3 hours) and the dont swell down till you stand up and pee, and your corpora cavernosa are hurting in the morning, thats too much of a good thing.
Cialis has for me the problem: During the day too weak, during the night too strong. And when I add to my regular 5mg lets say 20 mg - then "good night"
Thats why I prefer 100mg of Viagra in addition.

The last few years before implant I would use around 10mg a day and bump 20 the evening of sex. And toward the end add 100 Viagra and still had issues. Dr Perito says your body doesn’t get immune to the drugs…. The problem is your VL is getting worse. That would explain why when I went to injections it was a constant increasing amount to get an erection. Every month or so I was going up 45 units to get varying effects. And this, is why I went with an implant 21 months ago and never looked back! Love my implant. Still use 5mg a day to get better engorgement.
