Venous leak cold cause this, however, there are many other causes of a soft erection. Reduced blood circulation can be caused by high cholesterol, high blood sugar, low blood pressure, low testosterone, cardiac issues, among others may be at work here.It may be time to visit a doctor to undergo some testing.

Kuliox -- I would suggest making an appointment with a URO who specializes in Male Sexual Dysfunction to determine the cause of the problem you are currently experiencing.

Best of luck,

Bob

hi dtwarren and bob.. maybe u can help point me in the right direction. i want to get tests like the ones in the Mayo clinic. but i live in nyc and theyre expensive (initial visit is $760). so if u know of any uros that specialize in male sexual dysfunction in nyc i'd appreciate it. below is a list of tests i want:

- Penile biothesiometry
- Dynamic infusion cavernosometry
- Cavernosography
- Arteriography
- Vasoactive injection
- Doppler

please note that in 2005 i took one of the tests above: Dynamic infusion cavernosometry (DICC). i took it with dr. mulhall in nyc (please avoid him). he said the test showed uneven blood pressure in one of my corpus cavernosum. just letting u know.

anyway, can u please recommend a good but not expensive uro in nyc that offers these tests?

"Not expensive" and "NYC" in the same sentence? Really? It may be cheaper to travel.

I don't know if you are a veteran or not, but if you are the VA could be helpful. You might want to check them out, particularly if you can get your ED determined as a service-connected disability. I served in Vietnam & all Vietnam vets are automatically assumed by the VA to have certain service-connected disabilities due to Agent Orange exposure. I was able to get the VA to service-connect my diabetes, cardiac artery disease & ED as service-connected, so I get free meds & treatment for these issues.

Even if you served in other theaters of conflict, there may be a chance that you have disabilities that you could qualify for. So get checked out!

If you aren't a vet, God bless you...
