New forum

Guys
We have long been thinking of creating a new forum which focussed on man to man sexual issues. We get a request for it every couple of months or so. I think everyone will agree this board has been fantastic when it comes to being very open and no one caring about one's sexual orientation. As is often said, the common bond is ED - not what you want to do with your penis.

So, scroll down to "ED and Gay Issues" on the forums page. If anyone has a better name, let me know.

I want to protect the sense of freedom to post and be "frank" for the guys with man to man sexual issues. So, if you are interested read up! If you would rather not read it - you simply avoid that forum.

Thoughts? I don't want to sequester a group as if they don't fit - which this sort of feels like - but I want guys to feel safe. Is this an acceptable balance?
Paul

I believe it is being used on another forum, but you might want to consider "ED and Station Identification." which would cover gay, bi, and undecided.

i would rather have this site reserved for straight men. To me, its a matter of feeling safe with other men who share the same difficulties with E D; without the fear of being watched or scouted out by someone of different sexual orientation.

I think that freddy's attitude is exactly why it is (unfortunately) a good idea to have a separate forum. As a gay man, this is one of the last places that I want to feel uncomfortable hiding my sexuality, or worrying that other people are judging me because if it.

Paul:
I think it's a great idea, All though most of us are married to woman. Gay men get ED too.

Paul,
I agree with your choice of adding a forum for this topic, ED is non-discriminatory. Too bad that cannot be said for some of the site members as clearly expressed above.
