Climax Progress

As we PCA survivors know, orgasms haven't been quite the same since we've not had anything to squirt. At climax, I found myself always waiting for the feeling of load release pumping through me before achieving the ultimate satisfaction. But last night I had at least one of the best cums of my life.

Previously I felt lucky to cum at all, because it wasn't easy to get there. Either my dick hurt from a cock ring or too much alprostadil, or it was just barely hard enough to give a satisfying feeling. But things have continued to progress, and last night I practiced holding off the orgasm for a while. That seems a little counter intuitive when you know nothing is going to come out when you cum, and your dick is going to stay hard another hour or so even after climax until the Trimix wears off. But wow! Try it! It was way better than must cums I had with ejaculate.

Things are looking up.

Congratulations! The relief is unforgettable isn't it? I know what you mean about the difficulty achieving release. The cock ring holds it back so much that you're lucky to get that orgasm within 30 minutes. And the alprostadil, whether by pellet or injection, can cause aching even while you're getting some pleasure.
So good news for you. Many happy returns! lol.

I have made a few other comments about how we learned to build sexual tension while we were dealing with my ED.

We learned we would not try for a climax everytime. We might just bath, rub and play. Build tension with excitement arising from either or both and then stop. Do something else and not return to a sexual situation for a day or so.

What we found is that after knocking on the door of excitement a couple of times our personal reaction later was stronger and very worth the wait.

Kind Regards Jim

Jim, that sounds really nice. I will give that a try for sure. Thanks for sharing.
