How to treat penile buckling without tunica break?

I had a trivial accident which caused this buckling in the penis. The mri came of out to be no fracture seen.

It's been 6 months since then and it still pains

Can anyone say how to treat it ? Can stem cell or prp help ?

I do get where you're coming from. When I was about 11 I straddled a bicycle bar and for s long time had almost no erections. I told my parents about the fall but, never had the courage to discuss the other. In my time you just didn''t do that. I married at age 22 and really never had good erections aways hinging and buckling, No pde5 or injections then either. So yea I get it. Higher doses of viagra worked for a while, tried them all even yohimbe finaly after fifteen years and little response the doc said your best solution is injections or implant because you have peyronies/fibrosis. Injections are not great but work for now. Be direct and open with Doc.

I had in early life a mild 'buckling' and was lucky to have gotten by. Now as I am older erections are not as firm even with pills.
OP,Yonkodick, get serious with finding a good urologist. Maybe with proper attention things will work out?
Harvey6389, If I may ask, the injections are permitting penitration? I wonder for myself and if possible you also, rather the penile sleeve they use with cock rings and stabilize the base would help?
I have a feeling these type of injuries are more comon than we are aware.

Al1962 yes injections do work but I say how well for you depends on what is causing your problem. If you have a scarred or narrowed artery you may get a better response than me. My US uro said I had moderate venous leak and suggested a implant but, I wasn't prepared for that answer wow,! He said that I could do ici for now but most likely would get gradualy worse. At age 74, not doubting that. I use caveject here because there are three compounding pharmcies here and none less than 100 miles, otherwise I wound use trimix, much cheaper and more effective. But trimx must be dosed correctly. Read up and followup. Don't be afraid, as long as it still works, I'm in. Good luck
