I hope I’m in the right place for the answer I’m looking for.

I’m 52, before surgery I had a very healthy sex life, no pills and erections that would less for long time. On 01/24 got diagnosed with prostate cancer, 4+3=7 had prostatectomy 3/13/24, 7 months ago, the Doctor told me that my surgery was best case scenario, all nerves spared. 7 months later I have no incontinence 99% recovered I’ve been taking 5mg of cialis daily at 2 months of the surgery I started VED and 0 erection, doctor told me to take 30mg of cialis to perform, once again 0 erection, then the Dr got me on 20 units of trimix with a nice full erection that less 5 hours land me in the ER twice, Dr switch me to bimix and told me to start thinking of doing a implant, so he ordered a Doppler and the results was 0 leak but I absolutely don’t get even a 10% erection. So I’m a little bit confused, the daily VED is helping keeping my size without any changes. Has anyone here had the same issue and what was the upcoming?

You did Trimix and the Bimix and both times had a five-hour erection which put you in ER?
What was your lowest dosage?

My guess is because of RP he started you on a higher dosage.
Where-as 10 units is usually the starting point if you have no other issues.

Does your urologist specialize in men's sexual health?

20 units of trimix land me on the er twice, the bimix he started me on 5 units a gets me about 30% erection that doesn’t change while I’m foreplay etc. The doctor that I’m seeing now is on men health.
