I can't trigger an orgasm

At 77, I also have problems inducing an orgasm because I hardly feel anything when I masturbate. I can no longer get an erection either. Perhaps this is due to my masturbation history, because I have been masturbating regularly for 68 years. Is this perhaps a neurological problem? Sildenafil 100mg also has no effect on me at all. As a habitual masturbator, I miss masturbation a lot.
