Quick one: what’s the longest any of you blokes have been able to use viagra/ciallis for- with consistently effective results? A lot of the implantees and the Trimix crowd talk of pills petering out in efficacy after 10-15 years. Is anyone using them for 20 years and beyond? Any tips for prolonging their effectiveness?

Cheers,

RJ

I got about 10 years out of them, however Viagra is the worst of the bunch for side effects. They were the first out of the gate and huge marketing made it the name. I started at around 50 and stopped working into the 9th year.
I quickly found out about Levitra which really worked for me, Cialis came along at the end of the pill run. Never got hardons like Trimix however.

I got 15 years to age 68 from Viagra 100mg, then 3 years more from Cialis 20mg. No side effects from either.

Age is probably a factor, as well as duration of use; so if you're 44, you might get 20 years or more.

For 7 years now, I've been prolonging Viagra 100mg with half the Trimix I would otherwise need. This has obvious priapism risk if one isn't careful, and many urologists will not prescribe it.

15 years here. Things were still working fine until I had some serious abdominal cavity surgery. After that I get some help from sildenafil supplemented with trimix.
