Yes, I see about a ½" difference (stretched longer than erect).

If your erect length is 5.5 inches what does it matter flaccid size stretched or otherwise?

Or are you referring to having an implant? If so it is recommended to use a penis pump before surgery to maximize length.

My final length was longer than the stretch test. My Dr stretched me and told me he would most likely put in a 20 Cm implant. I ended up with a 24.

24 cm is about 9.5 inches. How deep into the pelvis is this implanted?

I think the general rule is 1/3 of the total length of the implant (Implant plus extensions) is hidden in your body. So 2/3 of the total length plus your glans should give you your length. Of course that's not exact as everybody's body is different. This has been discussed extensively in the past but I couldn't find the proper words or phrase to get it to pop up in a search.

I wonder if this is true since my stretched out length is like 4 in(if even that) but with VED I can get to 6 in. I’m hoping if implanted I’ll be at 6inch. Can anyone comment if their final length was same as stretched?

I think there needs to be some clarifications on this. The in office stretch test only gives you an approximate erect length. Basically the dr is showing what you'll be. They know that its not very accurate but short of the operating table. It is the best guess.

Now, as how its done. Generally you need to brace yourself or he'll pull you onto the floor. But the real benefit they don't tell you is they are checking for fibrosis. This is important to know before surgery. In my case, he pulled, held tension for a few seconds then measured. I heard him tell the assistant "no fibrosis". After 3 months I was 2cm longer than my stretch test. So factor that into your fears.

For me, the girth achieved with Trimix is visually impressive, but the girth from a VED is not as satisfactory. I concluded that VED bone-pressed measurements are also just a rough estimate and not a reliable gold standard or an accurate representation of pre-implant size, especially in the girth department.
