Hi everyone, i have some question about my symptoms. Im 24m from asia country today my urologist have tried injected me with 15mg of papaverine but there was no effect.( before that i still can get hard by hand stimulation with 10mg Cialis). My question is does ED get worse within 1 month ( one month ago i still can get spontaneous erection with 25mg viagra ) . The doctor keep saying im good because he just use a small of dose. Im so frustrating right now and think of implant in future
24 year old, Asia struggle with ED from 20yrs and ED get worse rapidly in 24 from mild to severe ED within 3 month. Suspect venous leakage but there is no Doppler Ultrasound in my country.

One failure means nothing.
Recently I had an ultrasound. The urologist injected Trimix. 5-10 minutes later when he came back to do the ultrasound. I said, I think you missed since there was no erection. He assured me he did not miss, and proceeded with the ultrasound.
The purpose of injecting Trimix was NOT to produce an erection but simply to open the blood vessels to measure blood flow. He also told me he only injected a small dose of Trimix. Enough to do the ultrasound but not enough to produce a full erection.
