Help Me Please - I Don't Come or Orgasm

Hi guys.. I've had ED for 26 years. I'm 54. I've been able to get morning wood despite this up until May or June of this year. In June I was prescribed a topical ointment for my scalp called tofacitinib marketed as Xeljanz. I only used this med for 3 weeks. Since then my libido had taken a big hit and morning wood is non-existent.

1. Is it possible that this topical solution may have messed me up?

2. Until May or June, I was able to come after orgasm. But now when I use trimix and have sex, I don't come and my libido isn't there and I end up faking orgasm on my girl. She knows I don't come inside her. How can I fix this problem?

3. Could testosterone therapy be the solution?

How long have you been on Trimix? Some user report that issue, wasn’t sure if it’s new also.

1.The topical med could have messed with hormones or blood flow—it’s rare, but possible. Ask your doc about it.

2.Libido and no orgasm? Could be hormones, stress, or even mental stuff. A specialist can help figure it out.

3.Testosterone? If your levels are low, it could definitely help. Get a blood test and see.
