Hey everyone , I had sex today and my friend passed out on top of me. Any idea why this occurs and what to do when it happens?

I was cleaning my bathroom mirror, wiping back and forth and I got cramp in my upper arm shoulder area and I could't get it to release and I started getting faint and I blackout with my wife easing me down next to our tub until I came back.
Because it was in my shoulder area and my arm, I went to the emergency room and got checked out. They gave me nitro under my tongue just in case I was having some type of heart issue.
My heart and everything checked out with no problems. The only thing they said it could have been that my vasovagal nerve was protecting my body and shut me down.

But yes, she should get checked out to see if she has any heart issues.
