All possible Treatment Options

Postby splitpeach » Sun Jan 19, 2025 9:39 pm

Is there a page on this site that lists all ED treatment options available?

I thought I'd start one here if not. Please contribute if any have been missed:

Pills:
Pd5 Inhibitors - Sildenafil, Tadalafil, Daily Tadalafil

Devices:
Penis pumps
Traction devices

Injections:
Alprostadil (Viri Duo, Caverject)
Trimix
Quadmix
Invicorp

Applicators:
Vitaros
Muse

Shockwave:
Gainswave
ESWT

Clinic Shot:
PRP - P shot

Surgery:
Vascular Surgery Venoligation or Sclerotherapy
Penile Revascularisation
Penile Implant - Malleable, two piece or three piece inflation
Mid 30s. UK. ED since mid teens. Done the pills, injections, P Shot, Gainswave, ESWT shockwave.

Now preparing to take the plunge under care of Professor Ralph at UCLH. Planning on a Rigicon Infla10 AX with Pulse pump.

Botox

What's the difference between shockwave and ESWT?
Born 1954. Diabetes, hypertension and atherosclerosis. Sildenafil is iffy. Tri-Mix (30/3/20 Pap/Phen/PGE1) a godsend pending long-term efficacy. Daily Cialis. Tried LiESWT, Botox, PT-141, Eroxon, QST, DUS, Vertica, cabergoline, psychotherapy+hypnotherapy.

OK some stuff in there I've not heard of. What's the brand name for Vardenafil and how is it different to Sildenafil and tadalafil?

And kamagra jelly? Is that pharmaceutical or alternative med?

Never heard of PMMA or FFT. HA = Hyalauronic Acid? How does that help with ED? Same with silicone.

Also ligament cuts and pat fad procedures doesn't address ED. That's just for size as far as I know?

What does botox do for ED?

https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/33784020/

I assume the custom of radio waves was in reference to the Vertica device.

I was just yesterday looking at my compounding pharmacy’s website and they offer a “Urethral Gel”.

I did some research and it is like Trimix, but you don’t use a needle. You inject the gel into the urethra with a syringe

Does anyone have any experience or knowledge of that?

RJ
64, Radical Prostatectomy in 2023, pills did nothing. Currently on Trimix with great success.
