Hello, I am a 30s male suffering from venogenic erectile dysfunction (venous leak).
Due to severe premature ejaculation and penile size concerns, I used a vacuum pump and penile extender extensively.
However, after prolonged and improper use, my venous function was damaged, leading to venogenic ED.
At first, I thought it was just a temporary functional decline, but over time, I experienced persistent venous leakage of blood, which made me realize that I had a chronic venous issue.
The biggest challenge with this condition is that there is currently no fundamental cure.
This makes not only dating but also marriage and family life extremely difficult.
What scares me the most is that, unlike other types of ED, venogenic ED has very little hope for natural recovery.
I am still in my 30s, and I do not want to live my life replacing a penile implant every 10 years.
Implants are irreversible, and if complications arise, they may need to be replaced even more frequently. In the worst-case scenario, one could even face penile removal.
For this reason, I sincerely hope that a true regenerative treatment for venogenic ED will be developed.
However, there are very few people openly discussing this condition, and support communities are scarce.
Through this post, I would like to connect with others facing the same issue and exchange knowledge on new treatments, clinical trials, lifestyle changes, health management, and psychological coping strategies.
Has anyone here undergone PRP therapy, stem cell treatment, shockwave therapy, or gene therapy for venogenic ED?
Or has anyone participated in a clinical trial (Clinical Trials) for potential venous leak treatments?
I am very curious about whether these treatments had any real effects—short-term improvements, long-term benefits, or unexpected issues.
I am considering these options but still lack sufficient information, so I would love to hear from anyone with firsthand experience.
If you are dealing with venogenic ED, let’s work together to explore solutions and support each other.
Thank you for reading.

Unfortunately I believe all the treatments you listed (shock wave, prp etc) are all pretty much BS. Never heard of anyone getting results from anything other than the typical pills/injections/implant treatments

Self-diagnosis is iffy. Have you seen a urologist? Venous leak is diagnosed with an erectile Doppler blood flow measurement.
What does 100mg Viagra do? Have you considered injections?
Revealing more details will get you more commentary and help.

Hey man, I had a venous leak confirmed through multiple different doppler studies. I tried PRP shots, stem cell therapy in Panama (stem cell institute), and shockwave therapy. Nothing worked, I’m sorry to say. Not sure what you mean by gene therapy.
Just keep in mind that there are no guarantees of a cure coming out, and life doesn’t come back. Try everything you can, and then decide whether you are willing to put your sex life on pause for the off-chance that a miracle cure comes out, or get an implant. Good luck

I can feel that the stronger my erection is, the faster the blood flows out.
Because of this, I’m hesitant to use Viagra for now, as I’m concerned it might further damage my veins.
I’ve scheduled a Doppler test at the hospital, and I believe the results will give me a clearer direction moving forward.
Thank you for your opinion. I definitely need a doppler test

Hello,
In my case, I developed symptoms of venous leakage due to the misuse and overuse of an extender and a pump.
What condition or cause led to your venous leakage?
I appreciate your advice about valuing time and trying everything possible before making a decision. I think that’s a good.
Thank you for sharing your experiences and thoughts—I truly appreciate it.

My ED is caused by diabetic issues, but the results seem to be the same as you described. After Viagra and injections ceased to work, I now rely On a medical grade VED and Osbon tension bands. The process provides a high quality erection; however, it reduces blood circulation to the surface such that sensitivity becomes an issue after ten minutes and the tension bands need to be removed after 20 minutes. Accordingly, I am not always able to orgasm, but at least my wife can enjoy a nice erection.

Thank you very much for sharing your experience and thoughts.
How long have you been using Osborne Ring?(1year? 5year? 10year?)
Didn't the erection power decrease due to the damage to blood vessels and various tissues of the penis depending on the duration of the ring?
I need to use a strong ring of pressure to have a strong erection.
However, using a ring can damage various parts of the pennis, such as veins and blood vessels, so my doctor didn't recommend using it now.
I have a Doppler test scheduled in two weeks.
After that, I don't know what the doctor will think about using the ring.
First of all, I don't have a sex partner and I'm going to try natural healing without using pennis as much as possible. (Although I know there's no chance of natural healing in theory, I'd like to try it for months and years first. If the test results come out, I'll probably try shockwave therapy or clinical trials.)
