I took about 7 mg Tadalafil on sunday at 10 pm. Monday at 5 pm I was rock hard and had sex 3 times. Tuesday night I felt it was worn off. But, surprisingly last night ( 5 days after taking the single dose) I was rock hard. Is it usual??

Doesn't seem normal to me. I haven't been able to get an erection with normal ED pills for 10 years. I do take a daily 5mg Cialis and I think it keeps me ready/chubby but I need the Trimix for the big bamboo.

Considering the fact that Tadalafil should leave the body within 48 hours, this effect of the small dose after 120 hours could indicate a psychogenic etiology of my ed?

Sounds like maybe you rebooted your system. It's not the Cialis, especially that low of a dose.
Retired 65 y.o. Married. Moderate ED since 2019. Use constriction band ocassionately to help maintain erection, or Cialis/Viagra. Nocturnal/morning erections returning with VED usage. Lower libido than before.

Yes, the whole thing about ny ed is a mystery... I really don't understand what's happening....

don't worry, you have nothing, you can't imagine what venous leakage means, go to a sexual psychologist and don't take this junk, some supplements will help you
