i suffered from numb dick severe erectile dysfunction due to jelqing incident which was God send in a way because i regained mental stability :)

i injured my penis

i had premature ejaculation / delayed ejaculation / porn induced erectile dysfunction / paraphilia fetishes kinks

all of that also is pretty much gone i have no more sexual dysfunction left anymore but my penis only gets partially erect which doesnt bother me i can still have piv sex! :o

hankthefrank, are you saying that the body will cure itself of ED so no action is required ? My apologies if I misunderstood.

kodixx thank you for your question. yes but it will depend on the person . if i quit my medicines today i would probably have 80% hardness prior to 70% hardness for some 100% hardness erection . medicines can give u ed

hankthefrank, yes, I take multiple meds that are known to interfere with erections. Unfortunately those meds offset damage in my body that isn't known to self repair. So I'm stuck with those meds at least until better meds come along. Prior to being implanted I could only reach somewhere around 70% of an erection, even with pills and injections. Long story short -- it appeared my corpora cavernosa were damaged. And that tissue is known to not self repair, with the exception of stem cell treatment which is a long way from being a repeatable and widespread solution.

Hence -- the implant. As a solution its not perfect, and a lot can go wrong with the procedure. But for a very high percentage of us it is a very good solution that includes some new and very "next level" capabilities. There's a lot to be said for an on-demand, reliable, rock-hard erection that lasts as long as you want 8-)

the thing is my girlfriend is very shy and not open to sex toys, i asked my girlfriend if she would be ok if i used a dildo on her. she said no way. so i guess i have to try my best to have sex with her with partially erect cock.. i could get an implant but i think its waste of money

hankthefrank, that "hits the nail on the head". The decision about any ED solution, whether its pills, injections, or implants -- comes down to whether the effort, risk and cost is worth the reward. For my wife and I the implant has been a godsend, even with my unusually rough recovery. But that's based on our unique situation and perspectives. Everyone's reality is different.
