There is hope

Just wanted to post about my experiences with making some changes. This may not be popular but there may be a few of you guys on the fence and want to try a different approach.Well I was definitely having some issues but I drank daily. Ciallis and Viagara helped some but alcohol I believe started messing with my brain responses and messages to the southern border. I stopped 27 months ago, my TRT that I was taking for years seemed to get a jumpstart, I think my testosterone levels were breaking even the low side 300-400.
I walk daily pump iron 3 to 4 times a week and I have seen a crazy difference in my ED issues, almost non existent, I think I will always have that psychological thing going on to some degree. My confidence is so much greater now as well . I did and still use cialis and it was touch and go for me back then, no longer guys. My T levels are 1200 plus, same weekly shot. Im 5 10 and 275 , I got a reasonable gut but I have 19 inch arms just to give you an idea of my build, not bragging here.My diet is pretty decent, try to keep the carbs low but I have always been big as I have lifted weights since I was 18.
Again, I am just throwing this out there , maybe to inspire a few of you, if it helped me it will help anybody, and I know this is such an important issue. I know down the road I will have to shift gears and go another route but it is really great there is so much research going on and looks like the prices on RX may come down some too.
By the way , I'm 67.
