Newbie to Trimix

Postby Usdabeef » Tue Jul 22, 2025 8:45 pm

So i am really new to the trimix club. Prescription is at 18/1/10.....probabably a beginning dose. Just gotta figure out which of the medication is keep me hard for too long. Erection quality is 10 outta 10 within 15 mins of injection and massaging. Can have amazing sex for at least 2 hrs with some breaks in between. However, i just don't go to fully flaccid in a very long time. Its bendable to some extent, but just starts to ache for a long time. Which medicine should i have them titrate down as to allow me to go soft after about 3 hrs? I started at 5 units with nothing, then 10, and meh, then 20 units then 30 units, great hard on, but wouldn't fully go down for a while. This weekend will probably go back to 15 units and see what happens.

I am also new to Trimix and Dr. started me at .40 ml which results in about 9.5 out of 10 erection, but also lasts about 3 + hours prior to return to flaccid state. Happy it works so well but would like to return to flaccid in 1 - 2 hours. How much reduction is recommended while still attaining the initial full erection? 78 years here so I assume that is working against me also. Thanks.

Your durations are about what I have experienced the past eight years, minus the pain. We all arrived at our injection volume by experiment. I use enough for an 8:10 stiffness for 2.5 hours, and then I get about 3:10 stiffness after 4 hours.

Study "Injection Drug Switching Info" at the top of the Injections topic. It seems to say reduce prostaglandin to reduce pain, but your doctor should be the one to ask. So far, my doctor has made three ingredient adjustments, based on what I report.

Once the pain is down to acceptable, you can experiment with injection volume.

I was on Trimix for 8 years. Got me hard in 10 mins lasted 2+ hours before starting to go soft, was chubby for almost 4 hours.
You might want to back down just a little on the dose before changing your script.
Started with Viagra at age 40. Worked good for about 12 years.
Tried Trimix injections, worked great for about 8 years
Now Trimix no longer works.
I got implant on Oct 26th 2022.

One thing I learned on this site is to get a stronger script and use less, costs the same to compound as a weaker dose, so in fact you save a lot per injection. Also have some Sudafed handy. I used more Trimix last session and had a longer hard on, took two Sudafed and was soft in about 15 minutes.

Also if you are new to Trimix then consider taking several needles, I do up to 7 and freezing the shots and the original vial. When the 7 are done, rinse and repeat. Also highly recommend getting a VED to fluff up your penis, makes it very easy to inject.
When you go to inject make sure to pull the plunger back (as it may get stuck to the sides in freezing), and then of course advance to the point of a drop coming out of the needle. Inject at 3 or 9 and have fun. Take your time pushing the needle in as well, no rush. Be confident.

Good advice all around. My 30/3/20 mix only requires 2 to 2½ units, so I get about 40 to 50 shots per ml, or roughly $0.50 per shot.

My doc said to inject at 3 and 9 o'clock but I vary it between 2-4 and 8-10.

I can't see how to use the VED to fluff. When I take the feller out of it, he immediately goes turtle. I have better luck googling myself. Any tips on using the VED would be appreciated.

I use the VED for about 3-5 minutes while the needle thaws out. Once thawed I prepare the needle as mentioned above. I pull my penis out of the VED. I am usually injecting within 5-10 seconds of withdrawal from the VED. Sometimes after injecting I put my penis back in the VED this really helps the Trimix disperse. Although this last step is not something I do often anymore.
