clear ejaculate

I may have posted before on this subject, but I still do not have answers.

I have a Coloplast Titan implant (2nd revision), and also have suffered from a series of urinary tract infections over the year, and was treated for anal cancer last year with radiation and chemo. I have bben on several anti-biotics over this time, and was on Flomax for awhile. I am realy unhappy about my lack of ejaculate and also the consitency. I now ejaculate only a small amount of clear liquid - more like pre-cum than cum. From what I have read, age, medications and diet can all contribute to this problem. Does anyone know whet specifically can be done, if anything? Tips on medications, and diet would be very welocme; I guess I cannot do much about the age issue.

Hope to hear. PMs would be fine. Bill

I have had my entire prostate removed due to prostate cancer. I still have orgasms and zero ejaculate. It still feels the same, so actually my wife and I like it better. No clean up. If you can still have sex and orgasm, why worry the color or amount of your ejaculate? Relax and carry on.

In addition to the good info you will get on this site, I suggest that you consult your urologist with questions like this. If you're uncomfortable discussing semen with your uro, then you need a new doctor.

Best wishes. Keep us posted. No doubt there are men on here who would benefit from what you learn.

For me, all of the above, except I haven't had a wife in decades.

I had radiation for PCa last year. Knowing that my prostate is basically carbon I was surprised to have precum when doing foreplay etc. I asked my uro about it this week and he said there are other structures in the urethra and in the urinary tract that also produce fluids and my little bit of precum is coming from that. Since you have had radiation that is probably where your fluids are coming from. Just be be you have something. I no longer have any ejeculate and orgasms are different form before but I am thankful I can still PIV.

My ejaculate has been clear and minimal since my PCa radiation treatment 2 1/2 years ago. I'm just glad that I still have orgasms after my implant and enjoy them a lot and don't worry about the amount I cum. It's the feeling that matters to me and that's still great. It''s less clean up too. There are probably supplements that say that you can increase the volume of your ejaculate, but I'd be concerned that they're all cons. Don't waste your money. Enjoy what you have.
Good luck and have fun,
Steve

In reference to imhungguy's question about clear semen, I agree with all the comments above. If imhungguy has as big of a dick as he suggests and if he's ejaculatating a lot of clear semen, I submit he's got nothing to complain about! An oversized dick shooting messy semen all over my wife will keep her very happy!!!!!!!!!
