Your pathology report shows favorable intermediate-risk prostate cancer. The confined stage (pT2N0) and absence of seminal vesicle or lymph node involvement indicate the cancer had not spread outside the prostate, though a microscopic positive apical margin means some cells were close to the edge of surgical removal.

Can we assume you had your prostate removed (prostatectomy)? Have you had your PSA checked recently?

Yes! I had my prostate removed in 2020 and 4 years later the cancer returned. In 2025 had radiation and my last two reading were 0.04 and next blood work is due in September.
Thanks

Re: Prostate cancer codes
I had a prostatectomy in October 2025. I knew it world cause leaking and loss of erection which I had hoped to avoid but it seemed I had to get it! I was surprised that not only I had leakage and no erection but my penis shrank tremendously! I was alway circumcised but after shrinkage I not have a foreskin! Before surgery I had alway been large and measured, so I knew exactly where I started. I was 6 inches soft. Now, after surgery I’m 2.5 inches soft! Had any other guy had suck an extreme reduction in size? I was told before surgery that I had an extremely large prostate, could that be why? Any advice would be appreciated!

I had prostate cancer and had my prostate removed in 2022. Thankfully the cancer was 100% removed and all tests since have been negative.
But the surgery caused both severe urinary incontinence for about 18 months and 100% profound erectile dysfunction that never improved.
I was totally flaccid 24/7 with no sign of any engorgement whatsoever, regardless of trying all the conservative treatments.
And yes, I also lost a LOT of size before I woke up that I needed to do something about it. Without any natural nocturnal erections happening the penile tissue starts to atrophy and shrink. It got to the point that taking a pee I was constantly dribbling on myself. So I started using a penis vacuum pump (VED) daily both for penile rehab to restore size, and for sex. It wasn't a great solution for PIV sex but it was better than nothing, and it did restore my size over time. I also used it quite aggressively in the weeks before my implant surgery, which helped allow fitting the maximum sized cylinders suitable for my anatomy. Now I'm back to my original size and sex is better than ever with my implant.
My advice is get a VED asap and start using it daily to help restore your size. Look at the Pumps forum on here, and elsewhere, for ideas on different devices and correct technique so you learn how to pump safely and effectively.
72, married, Sydney Oz. PC/nerve sparing RRP Mar 2022 caused 100% total ED. Tried pills, Trimix inj, focal shockwave, VED. All failed. Implanted Mar 6 2025 AMS 700 LGX 21cm x 12mm, no RTEs, MS pump, Penoscrotal. Got back to 6.5" BPEL @ 9m. Loving it.

Re: Prostate cancer codes
I started using a penis pump shortly after being cleared by my doctor and with his approval. I pump a few times a week did about 10 months of traction and regain almost all of my original size. Before my radical proctectomy I was bpl 7 3/8" x 5" circumference and now I'm about 7 1/4" x 5 3/4" circumference using trimix.
