Hi guys.. I get nocturnal wood but I dont get hard in the day time even with cialis once a day. I've tried injections but they've affected my nerves in my penis due to overdose. That said, I came across a protocol called PRF thats similar to PRP except that PRF contains higher concentrations of stem cells and white blood cells, while PRP is platelet-based.

When I get hard I dont feel sexual sensation, although the penis does NOT feel numb.

I read that a surgeon can transfer nerves from one part of the body to the penis.

Can someone relate to this? What have you done about it and what do you suggest I do?
