So before my surgery my doc said what pain medicine do you want to go home on. I had this one medicine about 3 years ago when it first came out called Nucynta 100mg which is the strongest mg that they offer and it worked wonders. I was given the wrong mg when i left hospital I was given 50mg and it didn't even touch the pain. So I went on vacation and had to call him and go to ER because after a little over a week the pain is still more than I can handle and he told doctor here to write a 100mg script and now I am pain free in less than an hour. That's what medicine i would suggest you get. Its a cross between perckocet and darvocet if i remember right. It knocked me out the 1st time I had the script now it just takes away my pain. I would look into it if the stuff you got isn't working. Its an amazing pill.
