I tried to post this with Josh's tutorial, but couldn't get it to post.
I just have a few details to add to the tutorial. For making a plastic ring, make sure when you measure you have an erection
or as much erection as possible. It will make a difference in the measurement and length of the tubing and
as a consequence, the size of your ring. As Josh says, make the length of the tubing a bit long and then you can trim it about 1/4 inch
at a time until you get a size you feel good about. For the screw, the #12 and 5/8 inch works for the tubing I bought.
If you look for a metal ring at Lowes or on their website, it is called a metal O-ring, not a harness ring, as Josh says.
I made a plastic ring for under $1 and found it really helped me stay up. Hope it will work for others.

Hi Woody, Try this, measure around your nuts and over your dick with and erection, or as much as you can, buy some plastic pipe that size and just cut off what you thing will be best for you1/4 to 1/2 inch, round off the edges, slip your nuts through first with the help of some oil and now your dick, your find it a lot better if your shaved, see how your erections go, if need be, build up the bottom with some hot melt glue, this way you will get a nice fit, and away you go for some good erections, bet you can make loads for less than a dollor.
Good Luck
