Need some suggestions

I need some technique tips on screwing. Used to be just the missionary guy, after surgery now it doesn't work that well. I loose the hardon. The sensations are somehow not the same anymore. Whats up with that?
Any advise out there. I think this is a great place!

Are there products out there that can increase sensations during fucking? I see all those ads for lubes for women, do they increase sensations for men too?? Guess I should just hit the RiteAid and buy some to try.

Or do I go to a sex store for someting?

The only advise I can give is get lube.....Use lots of lube...The natural lube is gone!

Missionary position seems to be the kiss of death when trying to get it all going again. Have you tried doggy style? Or standing up and entering from behind? Not only does that position keep things tighter in general, but she can keep her legs together to keep things even tighter still. You can also push her cheeks together while you are behind her. Not only is the view great, but the sensations are pretty good too. Even before ED problems, doggy style is by far the best for fucking.

Ya know, you mentioned the drug store. I haven't tried those new KY lubes where each of you gets a lube and when they are mixed it is supposed to be great. Yes, go to a sex shop and let us know if there are lotions/lubes to heighten the sensations. Most lubes for guys are lidocaine to slow down the sensations so that you don't come so fast. We could all use something to make it easier. It takes a lot more concentration to keep it all going.

I have to say that I'm in a similar situation when it comes to sex with the wife. It's been 14 months since my robotics RP and I have had good response to Viagra (not so good with natural erections yet). But this discussion is key to me. To date, I've only been able to orgasm four times while inside my wife, and I've tried a lot more than that. Otherwise, I lose my erection. I contribute this to my mind still being a bit of a train wreck in terms of sex (not coming in side of her, will it last until I cum, will I be able to satisfy her, etc. The list goes on!). Usually, I'll roll off and finish manually or with some vibrating device (my biggest and most pleasurable orgasms post surgery have been with vibrating massagers). I remember reading one guys advice that said to concentrate on the feel of the orgasm and not the fact that you will shoot into her (or not shoot into her), and that has helped a lot.

Anyone else struggle with their thoughts during sex? If so, what mental exercises have you been successful with?
