Hi guys, I've come looking for some help.
I'm a 27 year old with moderate venous leak (confirmed via penile doppler) a couple years ago. I can gain a full erection via manual stimulation but it goes down pretty much instantly once physical stimulation ends. Sex is an anxiety ridden event for me. I have more failed attempts than successful ones because I can't maintain a proper erection.
Even with an ED pill and a tension ring I still have can't seem to keep a hard on long enough for sex most of the time.
Right now I'm using a nitrile o-ring because they're cheap and come in a million sizes so you can find the best fitting one. While it certainly helps it doesn't seem to keep the blood from escaping completely, it just slows the outflow a little. Certainly better than not using, but not as effective as I feel like it should be.
What's the best tension ring in terms of stopping the outflow of blood?
Best tension ring for moderate venous leak??

Re: Best tension ring for moderate venous leak??
It depends on how bad your leak is, but a good ring will help almost every guy.
Impo-Aid, is basically a tube with several sizes of medical rings. They are STRONG. You put the ring on the tube. When you get an erection, you slide the tube down to the base of your penis, slide the ring off the tube and onto your penis and you are set.
Otherwise. PLEASE make sure you are putting the stretchy rings around your WHOLE package, not just the base of your penis. You might buy a lasso type of adjustable ring.

Hi A couple of things that may help you, on www,myhardwear.com, try the industrial clip, its very adjustable and you may find it works a lot better, and goes round your full package.
OK there is a guy on here has something that may help, you just need to find by going backwards to you find this title, cheap home-made cock rings, he has a venous leak as well, he recons it works for him.
Do hope something works.
Good Luck

Thanks for the responses.
Honestly I've tried around my whole package and just on the base, and it seems to work far better when its just around the base. Though it does suppress ejaculation quite a bit.
I guess I'm not exactly sure how tension rings work for other guys. Do they completely stop outflow with the right size? I have yet to find a ring that completely stops outflow, just merely slows it down.
