Sorry about that. Apparently the original poster closed it or youtube had issue with it. Anyway, it was a long video of two young Russian men filming themselves climbing the 2nd tallest building in the world located in Singapore...without safety restraints. Both had cameras and both were fearless. The part that bothered me most was when they climbed the crane on top of the building and stood at the very peak...way above the clouds.
Perhaps this video is still available on youtube by someone who re-posted?
