Read some research that suggests taking a daily PDE5 inhibitor for and an extended period of time could potentially reverse ED due to prostate surgery, venous leak, and other serious issues.

The stuff I read was mainly involving prostate surgery patients but it mentioned venous leak quite a bit too. I have diagnosed venous leak (I'm only 27) and really looking for any effective treatment outside of an implant.

Has anyone had any experience with this?

I've heard that too, thoughh I've never tried it. I would think that a daily 5mg of cialis would work best for this method

I've been on 5mgs daily Cialis for several months.....my nocturnal erections are like normal and it doesn't take much to get me going either...if I'm real comfortable and relaxed which I am when not with my gf....it works great. Because ED has f-cked with my head so much...I take an additional 5mgs before sex...or I'll take some Viagra or now Stendra as a boost...not recommended by my Doc but I've been doing that for a while with pretty good success....I am weaning myself off injections now, so this is a challenge..but you should know that prescribing 5mgs of Cialis daily has become a regular treatment for men with Peyronies disease. It has shown to help "nourish" the penis. I know when I take it daily, even when flacid, my penis is definetly more plump...and if in the mood can get an erection fairly quickly...but Google Cialis treatment for Peyronies and you'll see it's used as part of an overall treatment and rehab for the disease.

i am wondering exatly the same thing. i had venous ligation surgery doesnt fixed up. im 24 and i have never had a proper erection.

i dunno if i should take 100 mg viagra everyday for 3 months. it would be so expensive.........

I take 20 mg of daily Tadalafil. Been on this regemin for about two years. It helps generate a partial semi which I can force into an erection with a constriction band, especially if i add 50 mg of Viagra. However, if I stop taking the Tadalafil for a day or two, I am back to a limp noodle. I have experienced no rehabilative improvement.
