Hi The problem is that blood goes in and just stays there, it does not flow, at the 4 hour mark you should go see the ER, they will first insert a needle to release the blood or give you meds the will reverse this problem, you should go see a uro let him look at your JT and tell him about the 85% erections since your 8 hour Priapism.

Sounds like you did dodge the bullet.

We've discussed in the past that unless your erection is:

Hard as a rock,
and
Painfully hard,
and
Cold not warm..

Then you are probably OK with whatever extended time you are experiencing.
Yes sometimes doing some vigorous exercise will help bring it down .. sometime not...

If you can really go for 4+ hrs and it does not have all of the above symptoms that is really something...
(if you are hard as a rock but not painful or cold that is the ideal of course).
