A topical cream is about to come onto the market but not available just yet ( according to the medical press) its awaiting approval from the authorities. I read about a product called BEFAR or at least I think that's what its called but this is not really topical its a one dose sachet cut the end off and pour contents into the tip of the penis, then massage the penis to assist in dispersal. I think the active ingredient in this is alprostadil. This seems to be available on line. Never tried any of these just read about it. Muse is alprostadil and reportedly has a poor success rate and can leave a burning sensation according to my Dr. Sorry if my spelling of the meds is a bit off.
