Sensitivity

Hi everybody I've been round the block a few times since I joined. Pills ,injections and finally an implant. No complaints here
but since Prostatectomy and implant I reckon I've lost something over an inch in length and on top of that I have glans like a marshmallow.

All in all though we are pretty lucky in this day and age to be able to get a hard on at all BUT I seem to have lost all sensitivity. I can quite easily
read the paper or put a flat pack of wardrobes together whilst my loved one sucks my cock.!!!

This is not good. I manage to penetrate her enough, but only when she lies on top of me to give her three orgasms every time. Me? Nothing.

The only chance of an orgasm is when she is wanking me and I am playing with her sexy bits. Orgasm only happens once in a blue moon.

Mind you when it does happen it's the best I've ever had. How's that for irony.

I ran across some cream produced in the states - I'm in UK - called Man 1 which claims to help this for $29. Reckon it's a rip off.

Does anybody else have this problem.

In the meantime best wishes to you all.

Cotham.

Hi Cotham, Surry yes, interesting, I thought that Cotham was in Surry, well I have a buddy on here has the same problems with the same thing, has a pump, penis is a bit shorter, gland no longer get hard and all sensatations are gone, but he say's that his frenulum was cut off during his op, in just that small piece of skin is all your nerve ending, its were all your sexual sensatations come from, could this be you as well? No frenulum, No fun
If so no way back for you as well then.
But on the good side you can still get it up. and the old lady's very happy, with you, yes.
See I am to from good old blighty to, cockney boy, Leyton born and breed, now sitting here in what is supposed to be sunny Greece, but the sun is not shinning, and its been wet and its not that hot. dumb weather.
So just keep happy like me, chin up and all that.

Hi Cotham,
I have a titan implant for 4 years and I am 6 years post prostatectomy and have lost sensitivity. Whart you describe is exactly my situation. I have tried the man1 oil and i think it has helped a little. I also tried muse and it helped even more but with a little bit of ache . It did help with gland engorgement but it was very expensive. Now Im thinking about trying the viberect.

My best to you - Dave
RP 2008 - dry and cancer free - Permanent ED but doing fine with implant
63 yr old and in decent shape.
Looking to improve penile sensitivity following two major pelvic surgeries.

Thanks for your interest Dave.

I tried Muse before op but will try it again for this specific purpose.

Soooo tired of "nearly" getting there. Especially as my darling partner is multi-orgasmic
and tries so hard to help me. Makes her feel useless.

Is this problem fairly common do you know?

Kind regards -

Cotham

Yes I believe it is common following prostatectomy. I don't think the implant surgery impacted because I experienced it before that surgery. I plan to try the viberect and a more vigerous exercise program with kegels. I am also looking into the TENS electro stim products as apossible aid in nerve regeneration. I will report my progress or lack thereof.

I have not had any radical surgery...just diabetes and hbp related ED. I quit the injections at .60 ml. I still have some tri-mix...one syringe loaded at.75.

I am so afraid of failure that I am hesitant to inject the larger dosage. My wife is a Trooper. Willing to do anything to promote success. We are going on a 30th anniversary Alaskan Cruise. I really would like to have vaginal sex with her during the trip. However....I am skeptical it can happen...

Mike, I'd kinda like to know the strength of tri-mix you're taking?
I found my best successes are in the early morning after taking 25mg of
Viagra (gen) and getting a semi to 3/4 on before injecting. For some reason, I get the best erections that way.
For some other reason, I get a real nice one about an hour later, and that one seems to please my wife most.
Good luck on the cruise, and just go for it and don't worry about expectations.

Buy a facial skin cream with alpha hydoxy acid in it. This is what women use to, in essence, burn away the top layer of did skin. What this will do is take away the thick skin that covers the glans. Most masturbation/sexually active men develop this thicker skin from all the friction. Cetaphil is one common brand. You can find other brands also.

Some of the guys who do a lot of penis enlargement use this now and then.
