Supplements that increase PDE5 effectiveness?

I've read that Grapefruit Juice and Pomegranate can increase absorption of PDE5's by a significant margin. I've also read that they can be dangerous too though. Potential for priapism and a hazardous drop in blood pressure.
I have not tried either and don't plan too. BUT...
I take daily combo of L-Citrulline and Grape Seed Extract. I also take a PDE5 as needed to help with my venous leak. I've found that the L-Citrulline and Grape Seed Extract seem to increase PDE5 effectiveness in a similar fashion. It's a welcome effect for me because I need all the help I can get to maintain an erection (cock ring too). I've scoured the internet and yet to find any warnings about dangerous interactions between the 3.
Anyway my reason for creating this thread is twofold:
1. Does anyone know if this effect is the same interaction as PDE5 + Grapefruit/Pomegranate? Is it dangerous?
2. If it's not dangerous maybe it can help others like it's helped me. Just BE CAREFUL.
